No service due to Staffmember taking a day off

I had a booking to have smash and grab fitted on Saturday 2017/11/18. PG Auto glass phoned me today 2017/11/17 to cancel my appointment as Saturday is the fitter’s off day. I made the appointment well in advance and had to re-schedule my plans to make it. No apologies, no alternative arrangements or solution to accommodate me. Trying to have the matter resolved by a branch manager or supervisor ended up in many unanswered calls…. Owner of ********** , don’t bother to phone back. I will not make use of your service again.
