No service!

Worst customer service I experienced in a long time. Had to repair a windscreen chip. Car parked in the workshop, with only two other vehicles (different repairs), and nobody attended to it. Car was parked in full site of everybody after I was told to bring the vehicle into the workshop area for the repair. Only one other person sitting in the reception area. Not busy at all. But they were too busy on cell phones and making conversation amongst one another to attend to a customer. Wanted to leave after 45 minutes when the excuse that the repair person was "not informed", was offered and the vehicle finally attended to. Needless to say, it was a failed repair, the crack started running. Will get a new windscreen, but definitely not from PG Auto Glas!
