NO SERVICE
I logged a call to have 2 windows replaced at my house 3 weeks ago - got a ref nr. and received a call that it will be replaced. Nothing happened. 2 days ago I went through the same procedure. No one has contacted me yet although I phoned yesterday and got an empty promise. VERY BAD SERVICE!!!
