No Response for critical Repair

PG Glass Herm**** was contacted after my vehicle windscreen was damaged by loose gravel on the Herm**** - Bot river road on the 19th of March. There were 3 cracks in the windscreen of which two were right in front of the driver side. They took the call, all my details and then, NOTHING..... I called them back after several days and was promised they will look into the situation and call me back, still NOTHING!! <br> <br> I have explained to them I have to travel back to Johannesburg on the 2nd of April but to no avail. Driving with a cracked windscreen that reflects sunlight into your eyes is not easy if your eyes are light sensitive. It is very disappointing how they treat their customers. Sadly, they will not see me again.
