No glass, no fitment 2 and a half months later

My businesses truck passenger window were broken into on 13 December 2024 and I logged the call with Santam the same day and also got the reference number from PG auto glass. After plenty follow up calls, no feedback as promised, lies, blaming 3rd parties, rude staff (I worked with a lady called Audra Gladden). I contacted Santam on 26 Feb 2025 (that is 2 and a half months later), no glass, no fitment yet! Santam immediately appointed MY GLASS (the best glass company by far!!). The window was fitted today, 28 Feb, within 2 days as it should be. Never use PG glass, rather go to My Glass
