No Communication

Booked my car in for a tint at 12pm. Got there 11:30 am to make sure im on time for my appointment i was told to pull my car in which i did. An hour later no one is asking if things are ok, why the hold up just pure no communication. 2 cars that came after me just drove in and they attend to those cars as mines is parked in their garage since 11:30 with no one attending to it.<br> I called the manager to ask how does his bookings work cause i booked it for 12pm to make sure it was done and later discover the receptionist booked it for 12:30 without me knowing that and i was told its a 3 hour job! This is disgusting! No communication! False information! I will never go to this place and i will make sure my friends and family that lives around boksburg not to support this branch!
