My biggest regret

I recently took my car to pg glass fourways to fix a broken window, I must say I am very disappointed with the service I received, they window was incorrectly installed the technician damaged my door, when I took my car to them it had only one scratch on the door the guys scratched my car so bad that it is even visible from a distance, I spoke to their branch manager who apologized and assured me that they will fix the damage they did, to date I am still waiting for him to get back to me every time I call their shop he is not available to talk to, my biggest regret is not checking their reviews before taking my car to them because with what I saw on reviews is clear as day light that they don't know what they are doing they don't even respect their clients property... I hope my review saves someone from the horror that I experienced with them Thanks Kedibone
