Misaligned windscreen fitted on my vechile

<p>My insurance had given me a claim number to fit my glass at PG Empangeni, Kwa zulu natal, on Saturday 25/02/2017, i went to empangeni from richards bay to fit my windscreen, i have a 2013 bmw, so my windscreen had to come from BMW as the car is still under warrenty, my windscreen was fitted, at 10:30am and i was told to leave at 11:30am, but i only left the business at 11:45pm, i did not notice when i got home, becasue the masking tape was still stuck on the windscreen, the next moring my wife noticed that the windscreen is skew, as per picture attached,</p> <p>PG Empnageni must please let me know how this problem can be rectified, i also paid R870 for excess,</p> <p>I am unhappy with the service as i dont know how this problem is going to be solved</p> <p>I suggest that a customer care manager call me to discuss</p>
