LACK OF SERVICE DELIVERY

<p> I called last week Monday regarding my cars windscreen that has cracked and for furniture that I wanted fitted with a glass, the agent that I has initially spoken to was very nice and helpful in a way. She promised me heaven and earth only to find that all that she had promised was not remotely going to be done. I called again last week Friday to make a follow up I was transferred from one person to the next (no accountability). I have a reference number, seems like pg glass don’t know what they are doing really, coz you will find no joy with their agents and the people that they escalate matters to. Lanesia branch has the worst management to say the least, spoke to some Gareth guy, who till today has not come back to me since the call center people could not assist.</p>
