Lack of Service

This business is so unprofessional. I have been waiting for a quotation for more than a month and have been referred to different people and all of them don’t seem to know what’s happening even after I give them my reference number. I have called this establishment more than 6 times to try and get a simple quotation to post for a window to be fitted
