*****ing money

All I can say is avoid making any bookings or payments using their website.

I paid for and booked on thir website to get a chip repair in my windscreen, Payment goes through, PG Glasses website crashes and a booking is never made.

Now PG Glass has taken my money happily and cannot be bothered to help either, give me the service I paid for. Or return the money to me.

Imagine they have taken my money and I am the one who has to keep following up with them to see if they will help me or not.

Thank you PG Glass for *****ing from me and leaving me in the dark.

My bank did confirm that the transaction happened and that it's in their account
