Incredible customer experience! Thank you Carol!

In the last year, I have been to PG Glass in Bellville twice for my car windscreen and rear window.

Both times Carol Bonthyus (my apologies if I spelled it wrong!) has processed everything with me.

She is by the most unbelievable lady when it comes to service, I have been completely blown away. Her service and having the client's interest at heart is unparalleled. And not just in PG glass arena, but compared to literally all my interactions with all customer-facing employees anywhere and everywhere my entire life.

Thank you Carol for helping me save money, getting work done efficiently and quickly, and for drastically improving my experience to make these "grudge purchases" (no-one likes to spend money fixing a damn car) pleasurable and pain-free.

You are an absolute legend. I wish more people had your heart and love for making the customer experience such a wonderful one!
