I phoned *** (not sure which branch in Pretoria) to request to chat to someone re a quote. Another supplier had indicated the amount would be in the region of R30 000, a not so insignificant amount. The receptionist told me everyone was in a meeting and could I phone back. I would rather phone their competitors. Amazing in todays business environment!
