My Director's car window was fitted by PG Mobile unit. We where informed (the day of instillation) of Beading that was to be there before installation can be done. It was something that is not always in stock at Toyota so it cost us to go to a branch an hour away to get the beading at R2800.00. This beading was needed because as told by them. It always breaks off when they do Window Instillation.

After they installed the window. While driving the beading came off and broke again. We where told to get a Quote as the Car is now in Cape Town and they will approve and cover the cost to repair.

It is almost 3 months later and the has been no word or response from them.
