How long do I have wait?

<p>After waiting for three weeks for my windshield, PG Glass confirms the apointment without actually having the glass. After 4 phone calls and 5 days later, they confirm that they received the glass and fitment for today 1 Des at 14:00. 11:30 I received a call that the windshield that was on backorder that I have been waiting for, for three weeks, was broken in their storage???!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Will I now have to wait another 3 weeks? This is unacceptable. I need my windshield replaced.
