How can I repair your day

What terrible customer service from PG Glass . I rang their call centre and spoke to an agent Thandi Booi yesterday and was given a quote and a reference and told i would be contacted shortly ( never happened) I spoke to 2 people online and was promised it would be escalated and be contacted shortly ( never happened) I ask who I can complain to but obviously they dont want to know the problems with their customer service. This company is very complacent and GIVE THEM A WIDE BERTH , how can i repair your day ( what utter *******) I'm Totally frustrated by them
