Horror Service at PG Glass

I had the smallest of chips (tiny dot) repaired. I was assured that it had turned out well and I should have no issues. Less than 2 days later, I sit with a massive crack of about 20cm, from nowhere. I'm then pointed to a useless disclaimer, and informed that I can have the windscreen replaced with the initial cost refunded, as if that excuses shoddy workmanship.

This doesn't explain how the chip could deteriorate to such an extent. I had had it for about 2 weeks, with no issues. I so wish I hadn't had it repaired, at least not at this branch as I wouldn't be sitting with this. To compound things, one of their technicians took a good look at the crack and suggested that the chip wasn't repaired.

So I have a chip for 2 weeks with no deterioration. I have it repaired and within 2 days, the windscreen cracks. I have been a victim of incompetence and/or negligence, with seemingly no recourse. I'd be damned if I were to say anything positive about this bunch. The smoke is just far too much for there to be no fire.
