Horrific service, waste of time

I'm EXCEPTIONALLY disappointed at the lack of professionalism and lack of response from the Sandton branch or the website email addresses. I've sent 2 emails and no response in over a week, and an email to customer service, also with no response.

I have not heard about my order, not had confirmation, not been told when to avail myself for delivery... not to mention that I took off work to be at home from 1pm for the guys to come and measure last Monday the 19th only to wait until 17.30 (so taking precious leave was a waste because they were 4 and a half HOURS late) because no one contacted and the cell I had was going straight to voicemail.

This is actually disgusting. Don't ever use them.
