Horrible service at PG Glass Vanderbijpark

<p>I ordered a window for my car 2weeks ago. I was promised that it will arrive 2days later and will be contacted when it does. </p> <p>I didn't receive a single phone call, instead I was the one constantly calling. On Saturday I make my way to the branch and I'm told they don't know about my order cause the sales person who helped me has resigned. I ask for a refund so I can get another company to fix my broken window. They tell me they don't have refund. </p> <p> </p> <p>The lady who was assisting me was so not even polite, she didn't even give me any attention. She was talking to me whilst on the phone. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I ask to speak to the manager, I'm told he doesn't want to be bothered on weekends. Meaning he can waste my time and weekend but his weekend time is too busy. </p>
