Horrible service

I have been waiting for PG glass Midrand to call me and tell me that my Glass is available for installation

My insurance approved our claim in January around the 11th, since the 11th I’ve been referred to different consultants and was told the nearest branch from me is Midrand( they are always unreachable) Everytime I call they tell me that they will order the glass and no one seems to put in the actual order , the level of communication and service is zero, it’s end of February and I still do not know when my glass will be installed
