Horrible Customer Service and Time wasting

Such bad service from PG Glass, they took our money and promised to deliver the goods as per order and measurements only for them to mess everything up and waste our time. On Friday when the service provider went to collect the items after been turned away on two occasion, he was informed that the measurements were not done properly, the lady who took them done was inexperienced and made errors; he was told that a refund will be processed (on the Friday). I spoke to the shop attendant (I didn't get his name) and he promised that the refund will reflect on Sunday or on Monday. By Sunday evening the refund had not reflected and same was for Monday morning. The shop then requested our service provider to come to the shop, only for them to keep him waiting for more than 2 hours with them hiding in the office. He was then informed that the refund was not done on Friday as was indicated and will only be processed today and will reflect after 7 days. This is bad customer service and messes up with our timelines. PG Glass Rustenburg and its management are dishonest and don't know how to deal with customers, the lady attending to our service provider refused to speak to me and was shouting at the service provider.
