Horrible Customer Service

Horrible Customer Service from PG Glass, have been waiting for windscreen replacement from beginning of May as they said they needed to order the Glass. No communication whatsoever about the status of the scheduled replacement, when you call the call center all they can tell you is that they don't know what's happening. They would keep on asking you to hold and transfer you from one consultant to another all not knowing what's happening. They even go to the extent of promising to call you back which never happens.
