Grossly inconvenient and *********** staff

On the 18th of September I booked with Centurion PG Glass for supply and installation of a Front Left Door Side Window and the Left Side Quarter Glass. I received an sms confirming the date and time of my fitment will be on the 23rd of September at 08:00. When I get there, they told me that they ordered a side window for the Left Rear Door, I had to cancel the trip i planned for that weekend because the car is not safe to drive for a long distance. I then booked for the following weekend the 30th of September, I called on Thursday the 26th to find out if my windows were ordered. The lady confirmed that they have them in store. When I get there, they told me that they ordered the windows for the Right Side. I really felt that this was done deliberately because they knew which window needs to be fixed because they helped me to install the temporary windows and I made my self very clear with them even if you were to go to call records you will hear me saying Front Left side windows. Even now my car is not fixed, I hope next week wont be the same story. Thank you for your continued inconvenience.
