Good Service? Hell No! Nelspruit PG Glass

<p>What a problem we have! We claimed 2 windscreens as we have been very unlucky that in one week both cars had damage via stones. So we phone Hollard and they advise us we speak to PG Glass Nelspruit. So we do speak to Pierre at PG Glass Nelspruit, and WOW what bad service do we get from him. My wife phones and asks him to confirm he recieved the filled in forms and he has the audacity to ask my wife if she can give him Hollard's contact number??????? What the f#@? Are you serious, the people that make the money wants us to do there job for them. This all happened last week and Pierre confirmed that they will contact us and come do the windscreens Monday or Teusday this week. We are at Thursday and only phonecall i received was from my mommy telling me she loves me.... No Pierre. Please Hollard change your service provider as a simple claim has become such a headache for me as a customer and PG Glass Head Office please do something about someone that doesn't want to do the work! Lots of great people out there that will gladly work hard and keep your name high!!!!</p>
