Formal Complaint Regarding Recent Service and Vehicle Damage
I am extremely disappointed with the service from PG Glass and PG Glass Nelspruit. I registered a complaint on January 17th and, to date, have not received any response. The lack of communication is unprofessional and unacceptable. I expected better service from a company of this reputation.

This matter remains unresolved, and it is unacceptable that I have to resort to raising complaints here just to receive any form of communication.
I am extremely frustrated with the lack of progress and the poor level of service I’ve experienced. This situation is beyond disappointing and needs to be addressed immediately.
