Fast, friendly and accommodating service!

I arrived at the shop around 15:40 (on a Friday, mind you) with a chip in my windscreen. Not only did they finish the job in half an hour, but seeing that it's Friday, there was no way they could get authorisation from my insurance in time to be able to finish the job too. Instead of making me pay the R150 and have me claim it back from the insurance myself, PG told me they would start the authorization process, and would let me know if there was a problem.
