Extremely disappointing experience with PG Glass Menlyn.

I was told to bring my car in on Monday. After rearranging my work schedule and heading there, they called me while I was already on the way to say the part wasn’t available anymore. No proper apology or accountability — just a casual “come tomorrow instead,” like my time doesn’t matter.

I decided to come on Wednesday instead after they promised everything would be ready. They told me to come at 8 AM to be helped first. I made new work arrangements again. I get there on time, only to find out they have the wrong rubber and no correct one in stock!

On top of all that, they now want to charge me R1000 for a new rubber that should cost around R500 max. Absolutely shocking service, complete lack of professionalism, and no respect for customers’ time or money.

This branch clearly has no clue what they are doing. I will never recommend PG Glass Menlyn to anyone. Stay far away if you value your time, money, and sanity.
