Extremely bad service at PG Glass Mahikeng - How to loose a client!!
We damaged a passenger window on a Suzuki on 13 October 2025 with Brushcutting action. We went to the Mahikeng Branch immediately and paid for a replacement window and anti smash and grab (R1952.70 for the window and R420 for the Anti Smash and Grab.) We were told it takes 3 to 5 working days to deliver from Gauteng. When we check up on progress we either get told that they are waiting for delivery or they have ordered a windscreen instead of a side window. Pictures were provided on the day. Up to now we are still awaiting a reply from them and when we phone they refuse to supply information and they never get back to us. The person that owns the effected vehicle is on our case as she cannot drive her now unsafe vehicle in Mafikeng. I have also contacted the Franchise to register a complaint and even they cannot get a reply from the branch as to the way forward. Totally unprofessional conduct and I will be looking for a new supplier after this as this is the second time in a month that this has happened to me at the same branch. The manager there just does not seem to care enough to run a business. You pay good Money for extremely bad service. You lost a client and does not seem to care. The 1 star I supp**** is purely there because I cannot allocate a 0 or -5 star to this business.
This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we deeply regret that we have let you down especially after a similar incident occurred recently.
Kind Regards
