Excellent Services from Oofy Martyn at PG Glass Sandton

On Wednesday 24th November @ 16:00pm I called PG Glass Sandton and was assisted by Oofy Martyn from PG Glass Sandton.

First I complained to him about the poor services I received from PG Glass Alberton, but that will go in the poor service review. Now I woul like to boast about the excellent services and response from Oofy Martyn at PG Glass Sandton.

Oofy Martyn from PG Glass Sandton took my call and offered to call me back before 17:00pm with feedback of the availability of the windscreen. 15 minutes later I received a call back with confirmation that my windscreen will be ready for fitment with in 48 hours and that is just that. After waiting for Alberton PG Glass to call me back in two weeks, Oofy Martyn from PG Glass Sandton was able to get the windscreen withing 48 hours.

Oofy Martyn from PG Glass Sandton, I just want to thank you for your excellent services. You called me back, you kept me up to date on the progress and you made sure that your customer are happy. You sir (Oofy Martyn from PG Glass Sandton), you are an asset to the PG Glass Group.
