Excellent Service by Installers BUT shocking service from Call Center

I would like to thank and compliment the mobile staff, namely Kamogelo Mokgwabone & Bongani Thabethe for their professional and friendly assistance. They were extremely helpful and very apologetic for the miscommunication regarding the appointment time. They were truly SUPER STARS!

MINUS 5 STARS Unfortunately I can't give the same feedback for the staff that set-up my appointment. From my appointment being schedule to Monday (29/5/2023), to being moved on Saturday to Tuesday (30/5/2023), to being called yesterday afternoon to reschedule again with some excuse about not having my windscreen and wanting to move the appointment to Wednesday. Amazing once I told the lady that my appointment had already been rescheduled they found my windscreen.
