Excellent Customer service.

The side mirror on my VW Transporter was shattered in a smash and grab incident. I asked Mr Thomas if he could replace the shattered mirror. He advised in the nicest way possible that it was against company policy to replace this type of mirror and then proceeded to find me someone who could supply me in the area . He asked one of his staff members to help put the old mirror back on until a new one can be sourced.<br> Thank you for going the extra mile.
