Excellent Customer Service

<p>Day 1. Called and was advised to call the Call Center and get my reference number for my new Wind Shield.</p> <p>Day 1 after 2 hours. Called PG Glass Fourways to place my order and book my car.</p> <p>Day 2 @ 8AM, PG Glass Fourways placed my order and promised me that the Glass will be here at 14:00.</p> <p>Day 2 @ 1PM, PG Glass Fourways Called me and gave me the good news that my Glass is here and I can bring the Car.</p> <p>Day 2. @ 14: 35, BG Glass Technician busy installing my glass (this is done while I am waiting from a customer pause area wich is clean and with friendly Consultants. </p>
