Every response by PG Glass is exactly the same and then NOTHING happens!
PG Glass' response to every complaint is exactly the same:
"Good day ........., Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Our sincere apology for the inconvenience caused, we will further look into the matter and contact you back. Regards, PG Glass Head Office."
Then NOTHING happens!
