Epitome of poor customer service

<p>Picture this: 8 customers sitting in a waiting room, none have been assisted, none have even been spoken to for close to an hour. Complete and utter shambles in my opinion. To let such a large group of customers just sit cluelessly is the epitome of disregard for the customers and their time.</p>
