Embarrassingly bad service

Went to PG Auto glass in Wynberg, CPT to get a windscreen claim attended to. All I can say is I'm glad I checked my car before I left because the worker left the water pipes for the windscreen unattached just dangling in my engine bay. Who knows what damage it could have caused if water got in there!

When I told the manager about this the guy that worked on my car stank of alcohol and made no sense whatsoever when I spoke to him, probably hungover from a night of drinking. Needless to say a few months later the window seal that was replaced has come loose.... Decided to let all this slide until the seal of my window came loose recently. Now I'm reporting with this bad review.

So disappointed. Definitely changed my view of PG Autoglass. Never again.

Thank you to the PG Glass team for getting back to me and helping me out so quickly. I really felt like I was a priority and the customer service feedback was professional and very prompt keeping me updated at every step in the process! The problem was fixed at no additional charge and very quickly done. Can honestly it was the best customer service I've received to date. Sincere thanks!
