Early Arrival

Received a call from their call centre within minutes of lodging my claim on my insurers app. Not having the relevant info at hand the agent called back 15 minutes later at my request. Within 2 days I had an appointment and as I had indicated I would be available all day, the installer arrived way before the time as he was unsure whether with his set trip, he would it make it back on time for my scheduled appointment.
