Don't bother calling them

Called the Stellenbosch PG Glass branch, but got redirected to JHB Call centre, and after 8 min of phone system messages, I got to speak to a person. I then get transfered to someone in the Cape Town branch instead of the Stellenbosch branch. I then get told sorry you need to call the Stellenbosch branch which I then again did, only to be back at square one. Contact centre is there to help not just someone to make meaningless contact with. Maybe you should go back to using "Help Centre" and actually offer help.

Ok... so that's how a company is supposed to respond to a complaint. I got a call back in good time. The person worked to resolve my problem and didn't fob me off but stayed on the line, and more importantly, I now have what I started off trying to get. Now if only Hellopeter would allow me to update with a positive response.
