Does PG Glass have a Customer Care section?

They received a claim reference from my Insurers, sent me an SMS to inform me that they would contact me to make further arrangements, and then forgot about me. It is one week later, and I have sent numerous emails to them (I do not have the time to listen to music while they transfer me to the first available consultant). Although they are reading the SMSs, they do not respond to them. Even if they answer and tell me to f..off, I will know that someone is attending to my problem (the windscreen must be replaced), but they are ignoring your requests - the worst possible customer service that you will ever get!
