Do you guys even sell glass?

Around 2 weeks ago I called PG glass to ask for a quotation of high importance. A retail store where the Laptop cabinet's glass is broken. The cabinet is full of high value stock and I needed service urgently.. needless to say I made a big mistake picking PG Glass. A lot of time has passed and the excuses I've receiver is laughable. I understand if the store is busy and they need time to provide service to everyone.. but 2 weeks? When I finally got the opportunity to speak to the manger (Shaun/Shawn) He felt it necessary to swear repeatedly while talking to me in a very rude tone.I reminded him that I am also a manager of this store, and that it NOT how I Speak to customers.He promised they would come fit a replacement glass on Friday. I found that somewhat fair.Friday came and went and nothing happened.When I called Saturday I was simply told \Oh didn't you hear?A truck fell over on Saturday and your glass was on it"How? How was I suppose to know that if the feedback from this store is ZERO. Today"
