Disrespectful PG Glass

I have never had such a terrible experience with customer service in my life. Not only did PG Glass not show up for 2 perhaps 3 scheduled appointments after I rearranged both my day and baby's schedule, but the ONE time they did show up, they had no idea what they were supposed to do. How do you send out workers without a mandate?? I made special provisions for you to enter my house when I wasn't there and you still proceeded to call me in the middle of a law exam? When I called you back after words, the person, whose name I regret getting, was so rude to me he hung the phone up in my ear. Shame on you! Is this how you conduct a business? Also, one of your workers broke my frame, took it to have it fixed and returned it with my pictures in it incorrectly. I am going to hold you liable. You are terrible. You pride yourselves on excellent service but this is the way you treat customers. Do us all a favour and either teach your people some manners or close your doors. In this economy, no one is trying to spend there money at a place where you can't even get decent service. Sies. I'm actually disgusted by the quality of \service\" I've received.
