Disgusting Service!!!
Absolutely disgusting service. First of all the call centre is never answered, you can hold on for 30 minutes at a time. Staff are rude and unhelpful and have no knowledge of their product or how the system works, I was quoted R4600-00 for a repair and received an invoice for R18900, no apologies just plain rude. I will not use them again.
