Disappointing service by PG glass

Poor service. Rude customer service agents. Simply don't care attitude. Appointment for quote not honoured, not even a call. When they eventually answer your call you are put on hold until you get cut off. They put one at more risk by not responding on time. Days with a broken window without any contact. It is now weekend meaning the risk continues until next week.
