deplorable service

<p>2 extra cracks in wind screen. 'Def not made by them'. No one said a word that they cant fix the chip and rarher has to do a replacement. Let me drove away like that. Still waiting for the manager to appear. No customer service evident here. Had to come back to branch to then do a replacement. No communication by any staff member. </p>
