Damages to Vehicle Parts

They changed my vehicle's window and in the process they broke 2 parts covering the window. The person that changed the window said that the parts that broke wont make a difference. when i called the manager, he promised to have it replaced. The window was changed in January and i was promised that they will replace it. I was passed to 3 people to have the parts fixed and still no respond. All i get is promises but no parts. Up until now i kept phoning them to find out where the parts are and they don't reply back. My phone bill is so high already from calling them, i could have replaced the parts myself. I have changed windows on vehicles before in my life and never did i have such poor service. So when you do change a window, stand close to the person and keep an eye on them.
