Damaged my car

<p>I took my car(BMW 118i Sport, F20, white, 2015 model) to PG Glass Midrand(24/07/2017) for windscreen replacement after the claim was processed by AA insurance(Claim ref: ********** ). Brought in the car for repairs in the morning(no inspection was done) and when I came to collect it around 16:40 I saw a scratch on the right side of a back bumper(took pics); to which I approached the branch manager(Neville Reddy) who dealt with the complaint in such a poor manner and denying that they(PG Glass) are responsible for the damage. All i wanted was for them to repair the damage they so surely caused.</p>
