Damage

PG Glass Lephalale recently replaced the windscreen on my 2015 Nissan Quashqai - Claim No ***. I realized they damaged the driver seat and contacted them. At first they accepted and created the impression they would assist. Afterwards they informed me a representative from PG Glass would come to Lephalale to do an assessment of the damage, now they deny responsibility, claiming they do not use tools that can cut a seat?
