Crimal broke my vehicle window 01.05.2025 and i called PG glass for a repair qoutation, i went through to this lovely, friendly, helpful and kind lady by the name of Mbali Mgandela, we chatted, clicked and i even forgot the stress i called for, as it was a holiday insurance qoute was not available but only cash but she took my details and promised to call 1st thing the following day 02.05.2025.you will not believe it 08.30 I received her call and i was assisted. Mbali is a great asset to PG Glass, please take good care of her, people like her a very rare, people just work to get paid but she has exceeded my expectations,very calm and helpful.
