COMPLAINT REGARDING TIMM DOLDS ATTITUDE AT PG GLASS GRAHAMSTOWN

Good Afternoon. I would like to lodge a complaint against PG Glass in Grahamstown.

I went there to have a windscreen replaced and the staff were fantastic especially Simone. While speaking to her Mr Timm Dold came out, he never greeted, he just interrupted the conversation while I was busy speaking. I greeted him and he just ignored me. I have no idea how the staff work with him. He is plain downright rude. If it was not for the fact my insurance uses PG Glass I would not put my foot in that store again. I sincerely hope that this matter will be addressed. He has the attitude of someone that feels one must bow down when he walks in. Just not on.
