Claim Approved, no contact from PG Glass
<p>My car's window was broken on Wednesday 25/01/2017, called my insurance company and they logged a claim, it was approved immediattely and PG Glass Pretoria Mobile was appointed to fit the window for me. Till today, haven't heard a thing from anyone at PG Glass Pretoria Mobile, called their number it takes me to the call centre where I'd hold for long to no avail. Can I get the window sorted ASAP as its currently covered with plastic and its raining hard in our area. </p>

What a joke... after so many days of dilly- dallying, they finally ordered a window, a wrong one at that!!
I specifically told them that it should be a back passenger window, they ordered a front one instead!!!!!
