CHIP REPAIR NOT DONE CORRECTLY

I had a windscreen chip that I took to PG Glass for repair, the repair was done quickly and seemed ok. however on returning home I noticed that the cracks where still visible.so I took the vehicle back to them after the weekend (Monday morning) as they had already closed when I noticed the problem. <br> when I returned the receptionist called an installer to check the vehicle, this person told her that it was a NEW CHIP and it had never been done. so I identified the person who had done the work, who then said yes he had worked on my vehicle and was surprised that the crack had run. I then asked what I should now do! they said that they could not do anything tuff luck. I then left and went to GLASS FIT there technician took a look at the chip and stated that the repair had not been done correctly as they had NOT drilled the chip and the resin had not entered into the cracks. I then received a phone call from PG GLASS telling me that they would credit me with the repair cost if I had the windscreen replaced by them. I told them that I would NEVER use them again.
